Sales and Service Staff for Actic X We are looking for more employees for our facility Actic Luleå Pontusbadet.
Start Date: By agreement
Employment Level: 75%
Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period
As Sales and Service Staff, you are an inspiration to our members. You ensure the spread of joy and energy and work to create the best possible customer experience by being present and helpful. To thrive in this role, you enjoy varied tasks.
You will:
- Work at the reception and assist our members with training and membership questions.
- Ensure the facility and equipment are in top condition and that the area is clean and fresh through cleaning duties.
- Work with sales, primarily membership sales, and encourage our members to utilize our full range of training offerings.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Turned 18 years old.
- A strong interest in fitness and health.
- A strong interest in people and service.
- The ability to work varying hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Preferred: Experience in sales and/or customer service.
